NEVRA is made fresh with no synthetic preservatives, fillers, or shelf-stable additives. Our skincare is cold-preserved to keep every nutrient active and effective. Just like your favorite juice or fresh food, our ingredients stay potent when chilled. NEVRA skincare is SKIN FOOD. Just like food for your body, NEVRA products will spoil outside of the refrigerator.
Yes. All NEVRA orders are shipped in insulated, eco-friendly packaging with frozen gel packs to maintain proper temperature. We only ship Monday-Wednesday to avoid weekend delays, and we recommend refrigerating your products immediately upon arrival.
Yes! NEVRA products can be frozen for up to 12 months to preserve freshness. However, we recommend ordering on an as-needed basis to experience the full vibrancy of each formula. Creams, oils, and serums are best stored in the fridge (not frozen) to maintain their texture, absorption, and potency.
When stored properly in your fridge, NEVRA products stay fresh for up to 2 months for the creams, 12+ months for oils, and 12+ months for soaps. Since they’re made without chemical preservatives, it’s important to keep them cold and use clean hands or tools when applying.
Absolutely. Every NEVRA formula is handcrafted in small batches using recognizable, plant-based ingredients, many rooted in traditional Eastern medicine. If you can’t pronounce it, we don’t use it!
Not yet, but we’re working on it! For now, NEVRA is available to ship within the U.S. only, using express or 2-day cold-protected delivery.
Yes. Our formulas are designed to be gentle, soothing, and effective, especially for sensitive or reactive skin. Always check ingredient lists, and perform a patch test if you have allergies or sensitivities.
